The Town Hall Committee is pleased to announce that they have introduced a new fully automated booking system for the Town Hall.

The new booking system is managed by our partner, Hallmaster, who have a vast experience in running booking systems for village halls, etc. For most customers, the use of the Hallmaster system will come as no surprise as quite a few venues around the immediate area already use it.

Advantages for customers

  • Everything for the booking can be completed online
  • Customers are able to book, view, amend or cancel their own bookings.
  • Invoicing is fully integrated to the booking system
  • Double booking is eliminated
  • Reminders are sent prior to your booking starting

Please vist our Availability and Booking page for further details, including a handy video to view if you are new to the Hallmaster system
