April 2022

All Covid restrictions in the hall have now been lifted as per the latest Government advice. As such the remaining Covid Addendum to the Terms and Conditions is no longer applicable. Any remaining items of Covid related terms that could be of importance have now been included within the main Terms and Conditions of Hire.

May 2021

We can open to to the public as per the new government guidance, the Covid Addendum to Terms and Conditions still apply. One unisex toilet remains open, kitchen still closed.

April 2021

Limited opening for both Library and Town Hall (childrens professionally organised activities only)

December 2020

Sorry, due to second wave of Covid we have had to shut again. Shop and Post Office remain open. Library also closed.

September 2020

The Town Hall and Library will be allowed to reopen, but in a Covid secure way. This means that we have to shut the kitchen and the gents toilets, the ladies toilets will still be able to be used as a unisex facility, unfortunately due to the Covid regulations only the Library staff/volunteers and hall users will be able to use the toilet facilities.

March 2020

Reluctantly due to the pandemic the Town Hall and Library has had to shut its doors to the public. Hopefully not for too long. The shop and Post Office remain open.
